LOW COSTS
A liter of diesel costs around € 1.00 and a KWH around € 0.19. The consumption of the number of liters per hour is almost proportional to the KWH consumption. This makes it easy to calculate what you can save per week. With an electrical conversion, the emission is zero.
MUCH LESS NOISE
A diesel-driven cooling unit produces between 80 Db and 83 Db. This is similar to a busy highway or a loud radio. An electric cooling unit produces considerably less noise (between 65 and 67 Db).
LESS MAINTENANCE
A diesel engine that operates the cooling unit needs the same maintenance as a diesel engine in a car. With an electrical cooling unit, this maintenance is no longer needed.
Conversion to the new electric cooling system
The product consists of a battery pack and various circuits that can be connected to an existing system. This allows the cooling motor to run on electricity all day long.
With an existing system, the diesel engine can remain integrated in the system and can still be switched on. However, the practical tests show (measurements done by Liander) that the diesel engine is redundant.
The product can be made to measure or supplied as a universal product.
